LGBT Ireland and the INMO Webinar: “Delivering Healthcare to be Proud of”
Many LGBTI+ people fear that healthcare staff would not understand or would discriminate against them because they were LGBTI+. It is crucial that mainstream health and social care services create inclusive and supportive atmospheres, so that LGBTI+ people can enjoy the equality of access to health and social care support services without fear of rejection or discrimination.
The webinar will focus the importance of making Healthcare LGBTI+ inclusive with discussions between practitioners and LGBTI+ service users.
