First Out Peer Support Group for LGB Women
The groups meet at 7.30pm on the first Thursday of each month, in Outhouse, 105 Capel Street, Dublin 1
First Out is a peer support group for women, of all ages, who are questioning their sexuality or considering ‘coming out’.

The Married Mens Group is for men who are, or have been, in an opposite sex marriage or long term relationship with a woman. The peer support group offers a safe space for men to talk openly and confidentially and share similar experiences with other men.

Outhouse is a resource and community centre for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities in Dublin. Outhouse has come about through the efforts of people who have been working since 1994 to provide a focal point for our communities.
Straight Spouses Peer Support Group
LGBT Ireland also runs peer support groups for people who are, or have been, married or in a long term heterosexual relationship with someone who has disclosed that they now identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or who are questioning their sexuality or gender identity. The peer support group offers a safe space for individuals to talk openly and confidentially with other individuals who are going through a similar experience.

Peer support group for adult men of all ages who are at the early stages of coming out as gay or bisexual and are struggling with this or men who would just like to connect with their peers who are at a similar stage. The group is facilitated by experienced helpline volunteers but there are no agendas and is member focused.
Teach Solais LGBT+ Resource Centre
Teach Solais is a LGBT Resource Centre Provided by AMACH! LGBT situated in Galway city centre for all of Galway’s LGBT community, families, friends and the wider community, making Galway a more socially-inclusive place. It is a safe, accessible environment to combat the effects of isolation, homophobia and transphobia on the overall health and well–being for LGBT people and their families. It will serve as a drop-in location for the LGBT community, the wider community and those visiting our City.

Their office is based in Limerick City and they work throughout the Counties of Limerick, Clare, and North Tipperary. They focus on the promotion of equality and wellbeing of all with a positive and respectful approach to sexual orientation and gender diversity.

Dundalk Outcomers are a social and support group for Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual people in the north east of Ireland. If you would like to speak in confidence to us our volunteer run LGB helpline is open from 8 to 10pm on Thursday evening. We also offer a befriending service. If you would like to meet with two of our volunteers to talk in person, or to join our group please call us. Dundalk Outcomers Helpline is a member of LGBT Ireland.
